I felt I must drop you a quick line to say what a pleasure it was to deal with the staff in your shop, I dropped several watches off for batteries etc and on both occasions the young ladies were helpful and efficient, it is nice to know that service like this still exists, I will be recommending you to friends an family and everyone else whenever the subject of jewellers comes up in  conversation.
