The Workshop

The workshops are always ready to take on almost any task involving precious metals. From a simple chain repair right through to the restoration of a fine antique diamond brooch that has been run over!!

At TWJ we have a reputation that is second to none for producing the highest quality jewellery repairs and alterations. Our goldsmith Mike Taylor , who was apprenticed to the Queens goldsmiths Gerald Benney in the mid 1970’s, has a wealth of experience in repair and manufacturing techniques, some of which are a closely guarded secret.

The workshops have been equipped with the very latest in jewellery manufacturing technology, with the most recent addition being a very high tec micro tig welding system.

Recycling is the order of the day, and here at TWJ we have been recycling for the past 20 years.
Why not look out all those broken pieces of jewellery, and the bits and bobs that you no longer wear, or have gone out of fashion, bring them along to the shop and let mike re design them into a fabulous piece of new and modern jewellery.
